February Meals

Things have finally settled down so I can get back to meal planning.  I’m excited to get back to it because I like this new organized me.  More quality habits I’ve acquired since the move is getting up in the morning to do yoga and make a quality breakfast!
  1. Taco Soup
  2. Crab Stuffed Flounder (from Trader Joe’s and completely amazing!)
  3. Orange Chicken (also from Trader Joe’s and very convenient) 
  4. Bacon Tart
  5. Steak & Potatoes (yes another Trader Joe’s deal – I need to clear out the freezer)
  6. Sweet and Sour Chicken
  7. Key Lime Pie
  8. Strawberry Pancakes
  9. Enchilada Casserole
  10. Bourbon Chicken
  11. Salmon Cakes
  12. Cinnamon rolls
  13. Tuna Casserole
  14. Quiche
  15. Oven roasted sausage, potatoes and peppers
  16. Chocolate Chili and corn casserole
  17. Cajun Chicken Alfredo

Now dessert for my girl movie night is still undetermined but I’m leaning towards Cannoli Nachos. Any thoughts Kat?
