Danny and I were talking the other night about how we loved to read Calvin & Hobbes when we were kids.  It’s funny how long ago that was now.  Time is flying by and I’m in utter disbelief that it is nearly February.  It seems that so much time is spent living life that sometimes you forget to savor it.  I want to do more of the latter.

This leads into my Friday night plan to watch Battlestar Galactica and my obligatory public service announcement that it is the best show ever, everyone should watch it and it’s about humanity, not aliens. I will counteract my fangirl issues by going to the gym.  Tomorrow is a date day/blogging adventure with Danny.  We’re going to the city with only half a plan and I’m interested to see what we end up doing.  In the evening Brett/Lindsey, Tash and B are coming over for BSG game night.  It’ll be fun.  The weather channel is predicting snow Sunday and I’m keeping my fingers crossed.  I had such a great time cross-country skiing last weekend I really want to go again.  I also hope to see Mom at some point.  Haven’t seen her in forever and since she reads the blog here’s a shout out: Hi Mom!
