Another month down and I’m back with another update. Noah
- How far along? 32 weeks
- Total weight gain/loss: 34lbs and sure to go up because I’m so busy/tired I’ve not been working out like I was
- Maternity clothes? Yes but mostly same clothes on repeat, I’m trying to avoid a one-use wardrobe
- Stretch marks? Yes but not too noticeable yet
- Sleep: I’m getting up several times a night for the bathroom or for a kid who needs me – good newborn prep, not so great nights sleep.
- Best moment to date: Sam building Noah’s floor play mat, setting up stuffies and insisting we leave it up. It takes up most the living room area but it’s a sweet reminder of how excited the boys are.
- Miss Anything? Bodily autonomy
- Movement: He’s an octopus doing somersaults for portions of the day. He didn’t move to show his face or foot at the last Schoolcraft ultrasound but most the time he’ll be wiggly for periods and I worry he’s in distress. The boys are patient and love feeling him move, Danny almost never does (due to both patience and Noah not moving when he’s around).
- Food cravings: I’ll say my vintage Coldstone coffee ice cream with raspberries and pecans and a Szechuan Sensation from Savvy Sliders are regular treats for myself – also next to soccer so craving or convenience is hard to say.
- Anything making you queasy or sick: No.
- Have you started to show yet: Yes, no hiding the bump now.
- Gender: Boy – Noah Daniel
- Looking forward to: Being in a safer viability stage is comforting. I’m always most concerned about health so each passing day let’s me breathe easier that he’s getting bigger and stronger. Also endlessly curious about what Noah will look like and how big he’ll be – bump comparisons below don’t give me a good guess since Sam was smaller than Lucas (Sam also appears to be my peak appearance).
