So far so good on the meal planning. We actually had more food than necessary with the initial plan so I changed things up. I’m not going to even plan for the last week of December because it will be crazy with the holidays and B being home. This is the four week plan. A lot is new so we’ll see how it goes. So far I can say the Quesadilla Casserole and Orzo Pasta are really good.
