For my birthday Danny surprised me with tickets to the Cranbrook gardens. It was an activity on my 25 goals for my 25th year that I hadn’t gotten around to yet and I am SO glad we went. I was skeptical of going to a garden when it feels like winter most days but luckily the weather was perfect. It was a crisp, sunny Sunday morning and the trees were a beautiful blend of fall colors. The gardens exceeded both mine and Danny’s expectations and it is our new favorite place. It’s disappointing to discover such a gem on the last day of the season but now we have something to look forward to in spring!
