I’m determined to go back to serious meal planning next month. I cook most nights but there is little planning involved, we go to the grocery store far too often. and during the holiday season we’ve been too quick to go out too. The result is pounds of wasted food (i.e. money). I know this because I spent five hours cleaning the kitchen this weekend and tossed everything from uneaten vegetables to boxed food items. As far as next month’s meals go these recipes look great. I can even assure the deliciousness of the Coq Au Riesling because we made it a couple weeks ago. Bon appetit!
