Buying pink carnations. Kat bought me some last month and they looked perfect in my vase from Target so I’ve decided that it will be a permanent fixture in the kitchen. It’s a daily reminder to stop and enjoy the moment. The other flowers are from my sweet cousin who was recently over for dinner.
Obsessed with all things Fixer Upper (who isn’t?). Our recent spell of warm weather has me thinking about the spring and I don’t know that I’ll be able to resist making Lucas this playhouse – it is SO cute and reminds me of the Magnolia Bakery. Now that we live in a sub, I’ll be keeping my eye out for garage sales. I also subscribed to the Magnolia magazine and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.
Drinking Starbuck’s Caramel Macchiato AT HOME! The money I could have saved if only I had Googled this sooner…. I bought the vanilla syrup and a plastic cup and it’s a complete game-changer.
Watching The Crown with Kat and I like it alot. I LOVE the royal family and this series confirms my sense that they are as normal as royal can get. I’m also continuously impressed with the quality of Netflix shows and can’t wait for Grace & Frankie and Iron Fist next month.
Eating Little Ceasar’s new Hot N’Ready. Short rib, pulled pork and applewood bacon with BBQ sauce for $9 – this is too easy and delicious for dinner.
