In a much over due get together Kristin and Paul came over for game night yesterday. I made a cake for the occasion and I think it was my best yet. Chocolate cake mix (I used coffee instead of water and it really heightened the flavor), a raspberry filling and some almonds for added flavor and effect. I’m not a cake person but I really liked this.
Visiting was great. We played Cards Against Humanity and Danny just barely beat Rando (the random card entry). It was fun and lots of (inappropriate) laughs were had by all.
