It’s time for another mushy love post, it’s my Wordbird’s birthday and I love him more than words can say. He’s a sweetheart, patient (with the exception of videogames) and kind and make me the best version of myself. I feel lucky every day to be with him. Danny has changed so much in the past few years and it’s a testament to his discipline and desire for self-improvement. It’s not a conscious desire but I think that’s why it’s more impressive – it’s instinct and I’m very proud of him. I know he’s going to be an amazing dad and I can only hope that Lucas takes after him. Happy Birthday Danny!
To celebrate both of our birthday’s we’re going to the Piston’s game tonight. We are very excited about the NBA season and have high expectations for the team! Tomorrow, I’m going to hang out with Cara and later Danny and I will watch Notre Dame with Mr. B. We have a few pieces of candy left for our neighbors – we don’t even like candy and yet it did not last long in our house! Sunday we’re going to a church service in honor of Danny’s mom whose birthday is in November. And Gina will come over in the evening for Once Upon A Time – I’m cautiously optimistic that I might be able to enjoy it a little again.
