When I opened my latest cartoon of eggs from Cara this week I was surprised to see blue eggs! Literal Easter eggs. I’m seriously impressed with Cara and Matt’s old world skills and while I have no illusions about my own ability to learn them, I hope Lucas is interested in being an apprentice. As for me I’ll continue to be a cheerleader and gratefully enjoy eating the ‘farm’ fresh eggs (and the cost savings).
It’s the holiday weekend and for once it will be low key for us. We won’t be house jumping and are going to Teri’s house with all of Danny’s sisters. It’ll be Lucas’ first chance to meet his cousins and he’ll surely be showered with love and kisses; hopefully, no germs…
