My first Mother’s Day was perfect. Danny surprised me with brunch at Townhouse downtown, the dress I wanted, a Better Life Bag and a Wordbird baby bird book. We also went on our first post-baby date to see Captain America and it didn’t disappoint.
Being Lucas’ mom is far and away the best thing I’ve ever done. I absolutely never imagined I’d love someone as much as I love him. I want to hold him every second of the day and have surely given him at least a million kisses. I can’t remember life without Lucas and he totally has me wrapped around his finger. He makes every day a good day – no exceptions.
