Lucas and I have kept up our lunch trips downtown most weeks. We recently went to Trinosophes, a coffee shop/entertainment venue in Eastern Market, on Gratiot. Danny was none too pleased with the pick at first. The small cafe menu offers mostly light and vegetarian options. His disdain nearly dampened our lunch but fortunately he ate his words. He ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. As much as I enjoyed my waffle with homemade jam, I did have some food envy and I don’t even like Canadian bacon. We also ordered a yummy spicy mocha to go.
