Last night we went to Holiday Nights at Greenfield Village. It is my number one favorite thing to do. I love history and being able to envision what things were like hundreds of years ago energizes me. Gina and Garrett joined us this year and it was lots of fun. We went to every house and stayed till the very end. We also saw our first and probably last fireworks of the year.
Most homes are lit by a candle so it didn’t make for the best picture taking environment but I did take a couple pictures.

Melissa, Phil, and I went opening night. I really wish I could afford one of those candy cane bowls that they make! Those things are amazing 🙂
