Earlier this month I went to an Inforum event at The Limited for a presentation on fashion and how to dress appropriately in the workplace.  The event was nice and just when it started to feel drawn out, it was over.  Or so I thought, before we were left to shop (or in my case leave) we were given 50% coupons and gift cards were raffled.  I won $30. It was a deal too good to pass up and I picked up this gorgeous coral dress for Valentine’s Day.  It was exactly what I wanted – the perfect color, comfortable fit and classic look.  So many of my dresses are too fancy or too girlish looking and while I still love them, these days I’m increasingly attracted to outfits that are conservative and understated. I’m sure it’s a Kate Middleton inspired change.
