This is one of my favorite pictures ever. These kids are family and I love that we all get together. Halloween has never been a favorite holiday of mine but it could become one. Since we live in a subdivision the Hs and Ss came over for trick or treating. We made an easy but delicious dinner (pulled pork sandwiches, fries and a salad), the ladies went door to door with Brett, Lindsey and Garrett and the little fellas stayed home while Gina, Danny and I handed out candy. It was a fun way to spend a Monday night.
As for costumes, we went as The Defenders. I can finally resemble a character and went as my girl crush, Claire Temple (played by Rosario Dawson), Danny made a last minute change from Danny Rand/Iron Fist to Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Lucas was Luke Cage. Lucas’ costume doubled as a pun because the only bullet proof black man is a white one #blacklivesmatter.
