What a week. There are so many words that I don’t know where to begin or end. Instead I’ll leave a few links that capture a bit of what I’m feeling. This weekend we’re going on a little Michigan Adventure with my mom. I’m leaving the phone at home so I can cherish every moment with the people I love best.
I bought this book for Lucas. I’ve defined my role as mother before and I need all the help I can get, enforcing the message.
The Jimmys came through on late night this week. If you didn’t see these clips from the Tonight Show and the Kimmel Show, they are worth watching.
With the talk/jokes about Frederick Douglas, I think reading his autobiography is important. We need to remember where we’ve been and what we’re capable of, the good and the bad.
